As the cultural leader of the practice, Jin Daleo, Director of Professional Development, carries a rich history of business ownership into the role.
Jin joined the team in 2009 and truly learned every aspect of the practice, with a special focus on culture, mission, and values. Today, she leads our most important patient offering, our people. Her passion for excellence and patient-centric service is infused in all aspects of the care we provide to our valued patients.
Jin is a Charlotte native who has deep roots and family in the community she serves. Her passion outside of work ranges from her two sons to triathlons, skydiving, and motor vehicles. She personifies the phrase, "take the bull by the horns" by taking on extreme challenges!
