Our secure online portal accepts all major credit/debit cards, most HSA and FSA cards, and you’ll always have access to a receipt.

After signing up, when does my membership take effect?

There is no waiting period! Your membership takes immediate effect. To get started, simply call our office and schedule an appointment!
